This is a very large new house located on the edge of a sensitive coastline near a historic Martello tower.
The house is visually broken into two separate pitch roof elements with circulation and a light gallery located between the two elements drawing you through the building and ending in a large one and a half storey family room. The family room accommodates kitchen, dining and lounge areas and opens onto a terrace and out to the sea through full height windows and doors.
A small protected courtyard on the Southside of the building links a swimming pool room with the kitchen via a bifold countertop window that when open will form an external bar space.
The house employs a simple contemporary palette of materials.
